PASTABATE ABATE VINCENZO produces artisanal pasta from selected organic cereals, using spelt milled on a stone mill and durum wheat sourced from southern Italy, including older varieties such as "Senatore Capelli". The pasta are extruded through bronze dies and dried with attention to drying times, quality control and environmental considerations to preserve the product's texture and flavor.
