The foundation aims to provide for the current and former employees of the founding company by granting support or contributions: a) to the employee in case of old age, illness, accident, disability, unemployment or other emergencies of their own; b) to the employee in case of illness, accident or disability of their spouse, their minor or incapacitated children or other persons for whom they provide maintenance; c) in the event of the employee's death to the surviving spouse and to persons for whom they were mainly responsible for maintenance at the time of their death. The foundation may also make contributions from previously accumulated and separately earmarked funds to other tax-exempt pension institutions to which the founding company has affiliated or which it has itself established. The foundation can also finance performance enhancements and purchase sums for employees of the founding company from free foundation funds - within the framework of equal treatment of employees. To achieve the foundation's purpose or individual parts thereof, the foundation may conclude insurance contracts in favor of the beneficiaries or part thereof, whereby the foundation must be the insured and the beneficiary.
