Employees who work or have worked for the founding company or for companies economically linked to the founding company with a registered office or branch in Switzerland, as well as their dependents, against the economic consequences of old age, death, disability, and unforseen hardship, where insufficient protection exists under the statutory occupational pension plan (BVG). The foundation also pays the regular employer contributions to the providers of mandatory and non-mandatory occupational pension plans.
