Provision for the employees of FRIKO Invest AG (CHE-102.443.395) and its affiliated companies, as well as their dependents and beneficiaries, by providing support in cases of disability, invalidity, and death, unforeseen hardship, loss of benefits in early retirement, minimum hardship cases under the Occupational Pension Plan (BVG), and lack of pension benefits from employment prior to the BVG obligation; affiliation of personnel from companies economically or personally connected to FRIKO Invest AG; payment of employer contributions from previously accumulated and separately designated funds (contribution reserves) to other tax-exempt pension institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries or established by the company itself.
