Occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of Caritas and companies economically or financially closely related to it, as well as for their dependents and survivors, against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability; operation of a pension scheme that goes beyond the statutory minimum benefits, including support services in cases of need, such as unemployment, old age, illness, accident, disability or death; provision of employer contributions from the foundation's funds, provided that the employers have previously built up contribution reserves and these are separately disclosed.
