Occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of the founder or employer company and companies economically or financially closely linked to it, as well as for their relatives and beneficiaries, against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability; operation of a pension scheme exceeding the minimum benefits required by the BVG; provision of support benefits in cases of need such as illness, accident or unemployment; provision of supplementary benefits in special cases of early retirement until the start of AHV/IV pensions; provision of employer contributions from the foundation's funds, provided that the employers have previously accumulated contribution reserves and these have been separately disclosed.
