The foundation aims to provide occupational pension benefits within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of the founder or employer company (hereinafter referred to as the company), companies currently or formerly economically or financially closely related to it, and HeBa Partners AG. It can provide additional benefits beyond the statutory minimum, including support in cases of hardship, such as illness, accident, or unemployment. By decision of the foundation board, companies financially or economically closely related to the company can be affiliated with the foundation, with the consent of the company. The rights of the existing beneficiaries must not be impaired as a result. The affiliation of a company is based on a written affiliation agreement. The foundation board issues the necessary regulations on benefits, organization, administration, and financing, as well as on the control of the foundation. It regulates the relationship with employers, insured persons, and beneficiaries. The regulations can be amended by the foundation board, while preserving the acquired rights of the beneficiaries. The regulations and their amendments must be submitted to the supervisory authority for review. To achieve its purpose, the foundation can conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts, where it is the policyholder and beneficiary.
