Occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for employees of companies in the Manor department store group and their dependents and survivors against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability; operation of a more extensive pension scheme beyond the minimum BVG benefits, including support services in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability, unemployment, etc.; affiliation of companies in the Manor department store group, provided they have a close economic or financial relationship; provision of contributions from affiliated companies from the foundation's funds, provided that the affiliated companies have previously built up and separately disclosed contribution reserves.
