The company's purpose is to create and operate establishments in the hotel and restaurant sector, as well as to conclude any management/exploitation delegation contract with any hotel operator. The company may lease commercial buildings in which these funds are operated. The company may carry out any operation of buying, selling, subscribing and managing securities and all social rights of companies operating in the hotel and restaurant sector, as well as providing administrative services in this field. The company may carry out all operations of any nature, civil, commercial, social, financial, industrial, movable or immovable, which may be directly or indirectly related to the specified objects above or to any similar or related object or nature to directly or indirectly promote the purpose pursued by the company, its extension or development, subject to paragraph 5 of this article. Within the framework of this purpose, the company may acquire buildings to the extent that their use is exclusively commercial.
