Provision for the employees of Manor AG (foundation company) and companies closely economically or financially linked with it, as well as for their relatives and dependents against the economic consequences of old age, death, and disability. In addition, the foundation can provide assistance in special emergencies such as illness, disability, accident, or unemployment. To achieve its purpose, the foundation can conclude insurance contracts or join existing contracts, whereby it must itself be the policyholder. The foundation also aims to finance and pay contributions of the foundation company as well as companies closely economically or financially linked with it to tax-exempt pension institutions to which the foundation company or affiliated companies have joined or which they have themselves established.
