Provision for the employees of the company "Ernst Schütz Kies + Beton AG" in Fehraltorf, their dependents and beneficiaries, as well as persons for whom the employee has provided significant support at the time of their death or in the years preceding their death, against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. Additionally, the foundation aims to support its beneficiaries in times of need, such as illness, accident, loss of earning capacity and unemployment. The foundation may also be used to finance the benefits of other pension institutions established by the company for the benefit of its employees or to which it has joined. The foundation may also be extended to include the personnel of companies that are financially or economically closely linked to the company.
