Occupational pension provision within the framework of the Federal Act on Occupational Old-Age, Survivors' and Disability Pension Plans (BVG) and its implementing provisions for the employees and, if applicable, the employers of Elektro Bär in Zurich, and for economically or financially closely related companies, as well as for their relatives and survivors, against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability; may provide additional benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits, including support benefits in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment; may conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts to achieve its purpose, provided that it is itself the policyholder and beneficiary.
