The foundation aims to provide support to employees and former employees of the founding company or their dependents in cases of unemployment, illness, disability, old age, death, and unforeseen hardship; to contribute to the occupational pension provision for the employees of the founding company and their dependents by maintaining the employer contribution reserve and ensuring the employer's contribution obligation towards the pension institutions of the founding company. The foundation may also, by decision of the foundation board, which must be notified to the supervisory authority, include the personnel of companies financially or economically closely related to the founding company, provided that the necessary funds are made available to the foundation and the acquired rights and entitlements of the previous beneficiaries are not impaired. The foundation board decides exclusively on the granting of support and its nature and extent.
