Provision for the benefit of the employees of the company "Elektro Bär" in Zurich, as well as their dependents, against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, and support for the provision beneficiary or their dependents in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability, unemployment. The employer may be included in the provision. However, they may not be treated more favorably than the employees in any respect. The foundation may also include the personnel of companies economically or financially closely linked to "Elektro Bär"; it may also provide services to other tax-exempt employee benefit institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries to finance contributions and insurance premiums.
