The foundation aims to provide benefits for the employees of the founding company and companies economically or financially closely related to it, as well as for their dependents and survivors in cases of need, such as retirement, illness, disability, accident, death or unemployment. The foundation also aims to finance and provide contributions from the founding company and companies economically or financially closely related to it to tax-exempt employee benefit institutions that the founding company or the related company has joined or established itself.
