Provision for the employees of Bachmann forming AG and Bachmann display AG, as well as their dependents and beneficiaries, by providing support in cases of need due to old age, death, disability, illness, accident, and unemployment; provision of additional benefits to economically secure the aforementioned provision recipients in cases of old age, death, and disability, within the framework of equal treatment, such as increased benefits for employees of the transitional generation who are not yet entitled to the full benefits of statutory occupational pension provision; payment of contributions in the sense of Art. 331 para. 3 OR from previously accumulated and separately disclosed funds to other tax-exempt pension institutions that the companies have joined or established themselves.
