The foundation aims to provide benefits to the employees of the founding company and companies economically or financially closely related to it, as well as their dependents and survivors in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability, and unemployment. The foundation also aims to finance and provide contributions from the founding company and companies economically or financially closely related to it to tax-exempt employee benefit institutions that they have joined or established themselves. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts, provided that it must be the policyholder and beneficiary itself.
