Provision for the employees of the founding company and its affiliated companies in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.5 of the Foundation Statutes by providing support and benefits a) to the employee in the event of old age or in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment affecting the employee themselves; b) to the employee in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment affecting their spouse, minor or disabled children, or other persons for whom they provide support; c) in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse, divorced spouse, and persons for whom the employee was responsible for supporting at the time of their death, and in the absence of such persons, to their legal heirs.
