The foundation aims to provide for the employees of Leister AG and their dependents and beneficiaries against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, as well as to support the pensioner or their beneficiaries in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment. Within the framework of the foundation, a fund for executive employees may be maintained. The foundation may also be joined by the personnel of companies economically or financially closely related to the company, provided that the necessary funds are made available to the foundation and the rights of the existing beneficiaries are not impaired. The purpose of the foundation can be fulfilled: a) through an autonomous pension fund, if the actuarial requirements are met, b) through insurance contracts, where the foundation must be the policyholder and beneficiary, c) through a retirement savings plan with supplementary risk insurance. The foundation may also provide services to other tax-exempt employee benefit institutions that exist for the benefit of the beneficiaries in order to finance contributions and insurance premiums.
