The foundation aims to provide occupational pension provision for the employees of the founding company and companies economically or financially closely related to it, by providing benefits and support to employees and pensioners in cases of old age or disability or in situations of need such as illness, accident or unemployment; to employees and pensioners in situations of need such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouse, their minor or incapacitated children or other persons for whom they are responsible; to the spouses, divorced spouses or long-term life partners of deceased employees or pensioners; and to persons for whom the deceased employees or pensioners were wholly or mainly responsible for their maintenance until their death.
