Occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of Festo AG and their dependents and survivors by providing support in cases of old age, death and disability, can also provide further provision beyond the statutory minimum benefits in the provision of support in cases of need, such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment. The foundation may also be joined by the personnel of companies economically closely linked to Festo AG, subject to the approval of the foundation board and the Festo AG, provided that the necessary funds are made available to the foundation and the rights of the existing beneficiaries are not impaired.
