The foundation aims to provide occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of the founding company and companies economically or financially closely linked to the founding company, as well as for the relatives and dependents of the employees against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability. The foundation may provide additional benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits, including support in cases of need, such as illness, accident, disability and unemployment. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts, provided it is the policyholder and beneficiary itself.
