The foundation aims to provide occupational pension provision for the employees of the founder or employer company and companies economically or financially closely related to it by providing benefits and support: to employees and pensioners in cases of old age or disability or in cases of need such as illness, accident or unemployment; to employees and pensioners in cases of need such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouse, minor or incapacitated children or other persons for whom they are responsible for maintenance; to the spouses, divorced spouses or long-term life partners of deceased employees or pensioners; and to persons for whom the deceased employees or pensioners were responsible for maintenance until their death.
