The foundation's purpose is to provide occupational pension benefits to the employees of the founder or employer company (hereinafter referred to as the company) and to companies economically or financially closely related to it, by providing benefits and support: to employees and pensioners in cases of old age or disability or in situations of need such as illness, accident or unemployment; to employees and pensioners in situations of need such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom they are responsible; to the spouses, divorced spouses or long-term life partners of deceased employees or pensioners; and to persons for whom the deceased employees or pensioners were responsible for their maintenance until their death. By decision of the foundation board, companies that are financially or economically closely related to the company may also be affiliated with the foundation, with the consent of the company. The rights of the existing beneficiaries must not be impaired as a result. The affiliation of a related company is based on a written affiliation agreement. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts, where it is the policyholder and beneficiary.
