Occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of Th. Willy AG Auto-Zentrum, Schlieren, in Schlieren, and its affiliated companies, as well as their surviving dependents, against the economic consequences of old age, disability or death; may provide additional benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits; voluntary support for employees in cases of unforseen hardship, provided they are or have been employed by the company; accumulation of necessary funds for possible improvements in benefits for employees; accumulation of necessary funds for improving benefits in the event of early retirement.
