The foundation aims to provide occupational pension provision for the employees of the subsidiaries of SIX Group AG, including members of the management, against the economic consequences of old age, death (survivor protection) and disability. The foundation fulfills the statutory minimum benefits within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions; it can also provide additional benefits. Furthermore, it aims to support employees or their survivors in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability and unemployment. The affiliation with an undertaking is made on the basis of a written affiliation agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority.
