The purpose of the personnel foundation is to provide voluntary support to employees of the Stiftung Bühl and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. This purpose can be fulfilled in particular by providing voluntary additional benefits to the regulatory pension benefits in the event of old age, disability, death and other emergencies, providing voluntary purchase benefits for the regulatory pension of employees, opening savings accounts for the benefit of partially disabled employees in the Stiftung Bühl, and providing benefits to finance contributions and insurance premiums to other tax-exempt personnel pension institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries. However, the employer's contributions can only be made from the foundation's funds if the employer has previously opened contribution reserves and these are separately disclosed (employer contribution reserves). Furthermore, the personnel foundation aims to support employees and their dependents in emergency situations such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment.
