Provision for the benefit of the employees of Toggenburger AG, Winterthur, and affiliated companies, as well as their dependents, against the economic consequences of old age, disability, and death, and in supporting the beneficiary or their dependents in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability, or unemployment. The foundation may also include personnel from companies economically or financially closely linked to the founder company. The foundation may also provide services to other tax-exempt pension institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries to finance contributions and insurance premiums.
