The foundation aims to enable the Roman Catholic Church to exercise pastoral care in the area of the canonically defined parish of Studen and to enable the Roman Catholic inhabitants of this parish area to fulfill their ecclesiastical-religious duties by making church buildings and other ecclesiastical properties available and to facilitate them through the corresponding yields. It guarantees the Roman Catholic cult and contributes to the maintenance of the parish church and other properties as far as possible within the framework of ordinary administration; complete purpose description according to the statutes.
