The foundation aims to enable the Roman Catholic Church to exercise pastoral care in the area of the ecclesiastically defined parish of Sattel and to enable the Roman Catholic inhabitants of this parish area to fulfill their ecclesiastical-religious duties by making the parish church and ecclesiastical properties available, as well as to facilitate this through the corresponding income. It guarantees the Roman Catholic cult and contributes to the maintenance of the ecclesiastical assets made available, as far as possible within the framework of ordinary administration. In particular, the parish foundation, as a benefice, makes its assets and income available to the holder of the church office associated with the foundation. This applies to both personnel and material needs. Specifically, the parish foundation contributes to the remuneration of the clergyman appointed to the church office or the parish administrator appointed by the diocesan bishop during his term of office, within the framework of ordinary administration and to the extent of its financial capabilities. The financing of the material needs of the church office is secured by the patronal obligation of the members of the parish; complete purpose description according to the statutes.
