Pfarrpfrundstiftung Unteriberg

The foundation aims to enable the Roman Catholic Church to exercise pastoral care in the area of the canonically defined parish of Unteriberg and to enable the Roman Catholic residents of this parish area to fulfill their ecclesiastical-religious duties by providing church buildings and other ecclesiastical properties, as well as to facilitate this through the corresponding yields. It guarantees the Roman Catholic cult and contributes to the maintenance of the parish church and other properties to the extent possible within the framework of ordinary administration. Finally, the purpose and ordinary or extraordinary administration of the parish foundation, as canonically defined terms in canon law, are sufficiently and decisively determined for these statutes.
