The company may engage in all activities directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, particularly in the field of patents, licenses, trademarks, or intangible rights. It may financially or otherwise participate in all enterprises or companies pursuing a similar purpose or related to the company's main purpose. The company may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all commercial, movable, or immovable property transactions, and enter into all contracts aimed at developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
