The company's purpose is all activities related to catering, the operation of restaurants and similar establishments, as well as accompanying consulting, concept and franchise development, active management of companies, and personnel training in the fields of catering and hospitality. The company may, in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad, as well as all commercial activities having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose. The company may also engage in any other activity having a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may notably create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
