To this end, the company may, in Switzerland and abroad, expand its existing production, installation and distribution facilities; acquire, rent and build new ones; participate in other real estate, commercial and industrial companies that carry out activities of any kind; carry out installations and work also on behalf of third parties; open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; and carry out all commercial, financial, industrial or other activities related to its purpose.
