(1) The association pursues exclusively non-profit purposes. (2) The purpose of the association is a) to provide selfless support to individuals who, due to their physical, mental or emotional condition, are dependent on the help of others b) to promote aid for disaster victims, emergency aid and reconstruction aid c) to promote aid for the disabled, victims of crime, and war and disaster victims d) to promote fire, disaster and civil protection, as well as rescue from life-threatening situations e) to promote youth and elderly care f) to promote public health and public health care g) to promote social welfare, in particular the purposes of officially recognized associations of free welfare h) to promote nature conservation, environmental protection and animal welfare i) to promote civic engagement for non-profit purposes (3) The association may also pursue only individual purposes of the association in a financial year to achieve them. (4) The purpose of the association is realized, in addition to direct support for projects with the purpose according to paragraph 2 above, in particular by the association providing financial or purposeful material resources to other tax-exempt corporations, institutions and foundations in Switzerland and abroad, if these use the resources to promote measures according to paragraph 2. In doing so, the association carefully selects the corresponding tax-exempt corporations, institutions and foundations, taking into account the efficiency of resource use and the overhead cost ratio. (5) The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit. The organs are active on a voluntary basis.
