The company may participate in other companies and acquire and sell real estate. The company is a subsidiary of SIX Group AG (parent company) and exercises its business activities in the interest of the group. It may promote the interests of the parent company or other group companies and provide them with financing, directly or indirectly (e.g. through loans or provision of securities of any kind), whether against payment or not.
