The company can acquire, hold, encumber and dispose of real estate. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in and outside the country and participate in other companies. The company can engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that are related to the purpose of the company. The company can make financings for its own or third-party account as well as provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties. In particular, the company can grant loans and other direct or indirect financings, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements (incl. Zero Balancing), to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and to third parties, including their direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, and provide securities of all kinds for the liabilities of these parties, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of assets of the company or guarantees of any kind. This can also be done without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the profit-seeking nature of the company and/or by incurring lump-sum risks.
