The company aims to promote the interests of its members in a cooperative spirit in the field of meat valorization and marketing, in particular: - by operating the Ouges slaughterhouse, - by offering a Center for the collection of animal by-products (CCSPA), made available to the Commune of Château-d'Oex against payment, which ensures and assumes its operation. - by promoting animal welfare, meat quality and the production of labeled regional products and products for self-supply and direct sale. The company may invest to complete the equipment of the Ouges slaughterhouse, as well as carry out all operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop its purposes or related thereto.
