The cooperative society aims to develop housing that meets demanding criteria in terms of solidarity economy, social quality, and environmental respect, in accordance with the principles set out in its ethical charter. The activity of the cooperative society is characterized by joint action in favor of its members. It strives to achieve its goals, in particular through: a) the acquisition or construction of housing on land to be acquired, rented or made available under superficies rights or any other means; b) the organization of self-production activities (permaculture, arboriculture, apiculture, poultry farming, etc.); c) the associative management of common spaces and sociocultural and intergenerational exchanges (workshops, training sessions, conferences, concerts, singing, etc.); d) the intervention of external trainers, speakers, craftsmen, and artists; e) the promotion of concrete ecology listed in Chapter V; f) the prohibition of engaging in any speculative operation.
