The foundation ensures for the members of EIT.swiss, hereinafter referred to as the founder's association, the compensation for the collectively agreed social benefits (excluding BVG) and ensures in particular that the surpluses are invested, managed and used only for the corresponding purpose. If the members of the founder's association are guaranteed the compensation for the collectively agreed social benefits in the sense of lit. a of this article, the foundation can provide benefits to an institution with a different group of beneficiaries but the same purpose. Furthermore, the foundation can support the founder's association in its training and further education efforts as well as in the fulfillment of its tasks in vocational training.
