The foundation's purpose is to promote, carry out, support, or finance public, cultural, Christian, and social events and works. Donations to the foundation, designated to promote such events and works, are to be managed and used by the foundation as intended. In general, the foundation advocates for the Christian, moral, and cultural advancement of people, youth and adult education, family support, and as individually oriented elderly care as possible, provided they do not contradict the spirit and intent of Adolph Kolping's teachings.
