Financing and provision of contributions by the founder and closely related companies to tax-exempt employee benefit institutions that the founder has joined or established. The foundation further aims to provide employee benefits to the employees of the founder and closely related companies, to retired employees and their spouses, as well as to their dependents and survivors in cases of need (such as illness, accident, disability, and unemployment) or to improve or secure their retirement benefits.
