The foundation aims to promote local, national, and international awareness, public accessibility, preservation, maintenance, archiving, and documentation of the Gesamtkunstwerk and the work of the artist Bruno Weber, namely his visual and graphic works, buildings, mausoleum, sculptures, ponds with fountains and gardens, images, and drawings, as well as the Bruno Weber Park in Spreitenbach. The foundation specifically aims to operate and make the Bruno Weber Park fully accessible to the public, to preserve and maintain it, particularly through careful restoration of the artworks (namely the sculptures, buildings, and wall paintings), to maintain the natural integration of the artworks according to Bruno Weber's vision, and to have the Bruno Weber Park placed under monument protection. The foundation should strive to have the Bruno Weber Park recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The foundation does not pursue any profit-making activities but may charge appropriate entrance fees and/or cost contributions for visiting the park and using its infrastructure. The revenues generated thereby are to be used for the purpose of this article. An "artistic" addition to the park is excluded; the only exception is a single "head house" in the entrance area. The foundation also aims to exhibit the works of the artist Bruno Weber that belong to it and to lend them temporarily for external exhibitions. To the extent not declared non-saleable by Bruno Weber in a list dated April 6, 2010 (Appendix I to this deed), the foundation is authorized to sell images (such as paintings, graphics, lithographs, etchings, sketches) by Bruno Weber at market prices from January 1, 2027. The revenues generated thereby are to be used for the purpose of the foundation. The images declared non-saleable by Bruno Weber must remain the property of the foundation as exhibition objects forever. They should be available on loan for art houses and museums. When exhibiting the saleable works, non-saleable images of the artist must always be exhibited as well. On the occasion of Bruno Weber's 100th birthday on April 10, 2031, a major exhibition of his images and works is to be planned and carried out, if possible either at the Aargauer Kunsthaus or the Kunsthaus Zürich. The foundation can promote projects related to Bruno Weber's work. The foundation can also promote projects that generally arouse and maintain young people's interest in art. The foundation is active internationally according to its purpose.
