Stiftung Dorfspycher Affoltern i.E.

The foundation aims to acquire the building Spycher No. 53 A on Affoltern, land register sheet No. 111; to conclude a building rights contract, which is intended to secure the location of the warehouse in the land register; to restore the original condition, i.e. to renovate the warehouse in a professional manner; to ensure the future maintenance of this worthy building. The purpose also includes ensuring the preservation of the external character of the warehouse, preventing any conversion for residential purposes by installing windows, and taking other external construction measures that are not compatible with the type of Emmental warehouse. Internal changes of use, such as conversion into an exhibition space, would not be subject to the conversion restrictions.
