The Erbrecht Schweiz Foundation mediates inheritance disputes through arbitration proceedings (arbitral tribunal and expert opinions); promotes and facilitates the consensual, efficient and professionally competent resolution of inheritance disputes; can promote the transfer of assets for charitable purposes; can provide a seal of quality for the certification of non-profit organizations that handle inheritances, legacies, donations and contributions in a particularly responsible manner; can promote education and training in inheritance law; and can undertake anything else that is suitable to promote the foundation's purposes. The foundation pursues its purpose throughout Switzerland and does not aim to make a profit.
