The foundation has the following purposes: With the assets from the Josef and Rösli Wolf-Fricker Fund, the following purposes are to be fulfilled in accordance with the donation agreement of June 12, 1990 (in no particular order): Financial support for extraordinary purchases in the care sector and for other urgent needs for the Rothenburg old-age and nursing home; Payment of amounts for festive or social events for residents and staff of the Rothenburg old-age and nursing home; Financial individual assistance for needy residents of the Rothenburg old-age and nursing home or residents of the municipality of Rothenburg for medical, care or living expenses. With the remaining foundation assets and if there is no need for the aforementioned purposes, also with the assets from the Josef and Rösli Wolf-Fricker Fund, the foundation pursues the following purpose: Financial support for projects/institutions in the field of health and old age in the municipality of Rothenburg, provided that the supported projects/institutions are based primarily on volunteer work and/or have only a small financial sponsorship and/or also benefit the residents of the Rothenburg old-age and nursing home.
