In the area of housing (apartments and houses), the foundation aims to mediate, procure and create housing for local residents and new permanent residents, particularly in accordance with the federal housing legislation, specifically the Housing and Property Promotion Act of October 4, 1974. The foundation can provide financial assistance in the form of low-interest loans, contributions or guarantees. It can provide advisory services for renovations or conversions, particularly in connection with heritage protection. The installation of vacation apartments in existing houses owned by local residents and still inhabited by them alongside the vacation apartment can be promoted, provided that this utilizes otherwise unused living space. The foundation can acquire developed and undeveloped land and conduct all legal transactions related to its purpose.
