The company may also provide its services to selected third parties. The company may participate in other companies, acquire, utilize, manage and sell real estate, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and perform all legal transactions that may be necessary to achieve the company's purpose, including granting guarantees in favor of affiliated companies.
