The Ocean Race Foundation

The foundation supports projects, people, organizations and initiatives, primarily abroad, that aim to protect and preserve a healthy ocean and a healthy planet; that aim to protect endangered marine species and their habitats; that promote the governance of human-ocean coexistence, such as through the creation of a Universal Declaration of Ocean Rights; financially supports disadvantaged water sportsmen/sailors; raises funds to serve these purposes. The foundation subordinates its entire activities to the principle of sustainability and fulfills its purpose in a non-profit and charitable manner. It is not profit-oriented.
