The purpose of the Company is the purchase, sale, holding, and management of equity interests in companies of any type, in Switzerland or abroad, and the provision of related services, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company is part of a group of companies (the Group) and, as such, may take into account the interests of the Group in pursuing its corporate purpose. The Company may grant loans and any other direct or indirect financing, whether remunerated or not, to its direct and indirect subsidiaries, as well as to third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and the direct and indirect subsidiaries of the latter. It may also provide any form of security or guarantee in favor of the obligations of these entities, including pledges, assignments, or transfers as security, guarantees of any kind, or indemnification commitments, whether remunerated or not. The Company may grant these financings, securities, or guarantees even if it is in the exclusive interest of its direct or indirect subsidiaries or third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders or the subsidiaries of the latter. The Company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to the above purpose.
